1. About the service

Darman is an app for tracking medication, vaccination and check-up schedules, keeping a health diary and sharing information with your doctor. By using the app you accept these terms and the Privacy Policy.

2. Medical disclaimer

Darman is not a medical device. It does not diagnose, prescribe treatment or replace a medical examination. Reminders and calculations in the app are for information only. Always consult a doctor about decisions regarding your health. In an emergency, call emergency services immediately.

3. Account

• You must provide accurate information and keep your password secret. You are responsible for all activity in your account.
• By creating a profile for a child or another family member you confirm that you are authorised to manage that person's information.
• Doctor, clinic and company accounts are activated only after verification by our team. Their owners are responsible for the accuracy of what they share and for following professional rules.

4. User content and conduct

Posts and comments in the feed are created by users. Darman has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. The following is prohibited:

• insults, threats, harassment, hate speech and discrimination;
• pornographic, violent or otherwise objectionable content;
• false or dangerous medical information and unproven treatment claims;
• spam, advertising and fraud;
• sharing another person's personal or medical data without permission;
• impersonating another person, doctor or organisation.

5. Reporting, blocking and moderation

• You can report any post or comment and block its author from the «…» menu. Content from blocked users is hidden from you. You can unblock users in Settings → Blocked users.
• Reports are reviewed within 24 hours. Content that violates these terms is removed, and the account of the user responsible may be restricted or closed without notice.

6. Content rights

You keep the rights to the content you post. By posting it you grant Darman a free, non-exclusive licence to store and display it as part of the service. The app's design, code and reference data belong to Darman.

7. Account deletion

You can delete your account at any time in the app under Settings → Delete account. After deletion your personal data and medical records are removed and links with doctors are ended.

8. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, Darman is not liable for losses caused by technical interruptions, delayed notifications or inaccurate data you have entered.

9. Changes and contact

These terms may be updated; significant changes will be announced in the app. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan. For questions, contact us through the Support section of the app.
